Becoming Catholic as an adult is a spiritual journey normally between 6-12 months referred to as the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, or RCIA.
Adults who have not been baptised as infants will celebrate the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Holy Communion at the Easter Vigil, the evening before Easter Sunday.
